Competition History
I have trained as a bodybuilder all my life and in 2007 I took the plunge and started competing, I won my first show and never looked back, my career highlights included winning the NAABA British title in 2012, coming runner up at the NABBA World Championships in 2012 and 2014 and a 5th place finish at the 2016 Mr Universe.
In 2015 I also started competing in Powerlifting competitions as heavy lifting is always something that I have enjoyed and made up a big part of my bodybuilding training.
