1-2-1 Face to Face Coaching at 1-RM

I offer the following 1 on 1 packages at my own private Personal Training studio 1-RM Elite Training Studio, which is just on the outskirts of Leeds town centre. It's a high-tech, state-of-the-art studio with a vast array of equipment, great facilities, and luxury changing areas and showers.

I will meet you for your initial consultation where we will discuss your goals, go through a strength and conditioning test to find out what level you're currently at, take all your measurements and pictures, then I will set out a meticulous plan of action to get you to your desired targets in the fastest and safest way possible.

We will then have 1-3 personal training sessions per week depending on my availability & your budget.


Pricing & Packages

Initial 75-minute Assessment - £150

As a new client, before you start your personal training journey with me you will be required to do a full assessment to determine your current physique and training level, this will help me to work out the very best course of action for you to reach your required goals in the fastest possible time frame.

This assessment will include the following -

  • Goal setting

  • Weigh-in and measurements

  • Pictures of your current shape

  • A full strength and conditioning test to determine your current training level.

Once I have gathered all the data I need from you, I will then write up your training program and diet plan which will be designed to get you to your desired goals in the fastest possible time frame, we are now ready to start your PT sessions which come in the following packages!!

Single Session -

  • 1-hour P.T session - £99

Block Bookings -

  • Block of 10 x 1-hour P.T sessions £700

All block bookings come with your training, nutritional, and supplementation programs included in the price.


Monthly Packages

£300 every 4 weeks

A 1-hour personal training session per week for 4 weeks
Bi-monthly fitness testing to track your progress
All additional training and cardio programs included
Full nutritional breakdown with all your dietary and supplementary plans included

£560 every 4 weeks

Two 1 hour personal training sessions per week for 4 weeks
Bi-monthly fitness testing to track your progress
All additional training and cardio programs included
Full nutritional breakdown with all your dietary and supplementary plans included

£850 every 4 weeks

Three 1 hour personal training sessions per week for 4 weeks
Bi-monthly fitness testing to track your progress
All additional training and cardio programs included
